The Detailed Returns & Exchanges Process
1 Initiate Your Return Request (Within 15 Days)

2 Receive Your RMA & Instructions
We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA number—it helps us process your return efficiently upon arrival.
3 Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include all parts and manuals. Place the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address we provide. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage.
4 Our Inspection & Your Refund/Exchange
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it within 3-5 business days to ensure it meets our return conditions.
- For Refunds: Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- For Exchanges: If the requested exchange item is in stock, we will ship it out via your chosen shipping method. If out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.

- Special Order Items: Products specifically ordered for you that are not part of our standard inventory.
- Final Sale Items: Any item explicitly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.
This policy reflects the practical nature of our products—once materials are cut or adapted for your unique project, like installing Afoxsos balusters or garden fencing, they are considered used and cannot be restocked.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will cover all return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or full refund. Our goal is to resolve such issues as swiftly as our free EMS shipping on orders over $50.
International Returns
As we serve customers globally (excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia), please note that return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.
